Lime-grilled salmon steaks with tomato avocado salsa

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 eaches Salmon steaks
1 teaspoon Grated lime zest
¼ cup Fresh lime juice
1 each Tomato, diced
1 each Ripe avocado, peeled & diced
2 tablespoons Fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 teaspoon Jalapeno, minced
¼ cup Red onion, minced
1 teaspoon Jalapeno, minced
2 tablespoons Cilantro, chopped

Directions

TOMATO AVACADO SALSA

Marinate salmon steaks in remaining ingredients in shallow glass bowl at room temperature for 30min, or in the refrigerator for 1hr. Prepare barbecue and oil grill. Remove steaks to grill, reserving marinade, and grill over medium heat for approx. 10 min. or until salmon flakes easily when tested with a fork, turning once and basting with marinade halfway through cooking time.
