Liptauer cheese

6 ounces Cream cheese, softened\\
¼ cup Butter, softened
1 teaspoon Sweet paprika
1 teaspoon Capers, drained
2 fluid ounce Anchovy fillets, rinsed, dri d, & minced
1 Shallot, minced
½ teaspoon Caraway seeds
Crackers or toast points as n accompaniment

Directions

In a bowl, cream together the cream cheese, and butter. Add paprika, capers, anchovies, shallot, caraway seeds, and salt and pepper to taste. Combine mixture well.
