Liptauer kase (cheese)

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
8 ounces Softened butter
16 ounces Softened cream cheese
1 tablespoon Grated onions
teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Ground caraway seeds; (up to 1-1/2)
2 teaspoons Chopped parsley
2 teaspoons Chopped chives
2 teaspoons Chopped capers

Directions

Mix ingredients well. Shape into mound. Sprinkle parsley or chives on top.

Serve with pretzel sticks.
