Liver steak, french style

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
8 ounces Raw beef liver; 1/2 inch thick
4 ounces Onion
1 can Mushrooms; drained

Directions

Slice onions and break into rings. Place rings in Teflon pan, cover and simmer until soft, 5 minutes. Remove cover, raise heat and brown onions.
