Louisiana epicure's sauce

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 quarts Heavy cream,whipped
2 cups Mayonnaise
1 cup Tomato sauce
½ cup Dijon mustard(or to taste)
½ cup Horseradish,prepared
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients; store in refrigerator until ready to use.

2. Just before serving fish, spread ¼ cup sauce on each fillet; pass under broiler.
