Low calorie oatmeal peanut butter bars

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 smalls Apples; chopped, leave peeling on
cup Nonfat dry milk powder
ounce Uncooked oatmeal
2 tablespoons Smooth peanut butter
Artificial sweetener to equal 4 tsp. sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla flavoring
½ teaspoon Baking powder
1 teaspoon Apple pie spice

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Spray 8 inch pan with Pam. Press mixture into pan.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cool and cut into squares. Great breakfast bar.
