Lt. dan's lemon shrimp

20 Unpeeled large fresh shrimp
¼ cup Butter or margarine
¾ cup Fresh crabmeat, drained and flaked
¼ cup Dry white Vermouth
2 tablespoons Minced fresh parsley
tablespoon Lemon juice
2 Garlic cloves, minced

Directions

Peel and devein shrimp, leaving tails intact; set aside.

Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat; add shrimp, crabmeat, and next 4 ingredients. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 4 to 5 minutes.

Spoon mixture evenly into 4 individual serving dishes, arranging shrimp around crabmeat. Garnish with fresh parsley sprigs and lemon wedges, if desired.
