Macaroni and cheese soup

Ingredients

7 ounces Macaroni & cheese
½ Stick butter
3 tablespoons Flour
28 ounces Chicken broth or 3 1/4 cup of your own
1 cup Beer
10 ounces Frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 cup Diced ham

Directions

In large saucepan cook the macaroni from the mix in boiling water until tender; drain & set aside. In the same pan, melt the butter. Blend in the flour & cheese sauce packet from the dinner mix. Gradually stir in the chicken broth & beer. Cook & stir until thickened & bubbly. Add the vegetables & ham. Cook & stir until heated thru. Stir in the cooked macaroni.
