28 | ounces | Chicken broth or 3 1/4 cup of your own |
1 | cup | Beer |
10 | ounces | Frozen mixed vegetables, thawed |
1 | cup | Diced ham |
Directions
In large saucepan cook the macaroni from the mix in boiling water until tender; drain & set aside. In the same pan, melt the butter. Blend in the flour & cheese sauce packet from the dinner mix. Gradually stir in the chicken broth & beer. Cook & stir until thickened & bubbly. Add the vegetables & ham. Cook & stir until heated thru. Stir in the cooked macaroni.
