7 ounces Macaroni & cheese
3 tablespoons Flour
½ each Stick butter
28 ounces Caned chicken broth
1 cup Beer
1 cup Diced ham
10 ounces Frozen mixed vegetables, thawed

DIRECTIONS

In large saucepan cook the macaroni from the mix in boiling water until tender; drain & set aside. In the same pan, melt the butter.

Blend in the flour & cheese sauce packet from the dinner mix.

Gradually stir in the chicken broth & beer. Cook & stir until thickened & bubbly. Add the vegetables & ham. Cook & stir until heated thru. Stir in the cooked macaroni. 6 servings. From 9/78 Better Homes & Gardens.
