Marinade for grilled catfish

5 | teaspoons | White horseradish |
2½ | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
2½ | teaspoon | Dried basil |

¾ | teaspoon | Ground red pepper |
Directions
Mix and pour over fish. Cover in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Use also as basting sauce on grill.
