Marinade for grilled catfish

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
10 tablespoons Ketchup
5 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
5 teaspoons White horseradish
teaspoon Garlic powder
teaspoon Dried basil
teaspoon Salt
¾ teaspoon Ground red pepper

Directions

Mix and pour over fish. Cover in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Use also as basting sauce on grill.
