½ teaspoon Coarse (kosher) salt
½ teaspoon Freshly ground white pepper
1 pinch Cayenne pepper -- -=OR=- Tabasco sauce
1 Garlic clove -- finely
Minced
¼ cup Chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
cup Olive oil

Directions

Try this marinade for shellfish you wish to barbecue.
