Marinated carrot sticks

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 4 medium carrots, cut into 4 inch strips
¼ cup Water
¼ cup White vinegar
2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
½ teaspoon Seasoning salt
½ teaspoon Dill weed
¼ teaspoon Garlic powder dash black pepper

Directions

Arrange carrots upright in clean pint jar. In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Blend well. Pour over carrots. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight, shaking occasionally.

Can be stored up to 4 week in refrigerator. Great on hors d'oeuvres tray.
