Ingredients

8 | ounces | Part skim mozzarella cut into 1/2-inch cubes |
2 | tablespoons | Plus (see next line) vegetable oil |
½ | cup | Chopped green pepper |
3 | tablespoons | Red wine vinegar |
½ | cup | Water |
2 | teaspoons | Dried oregano |
½ | teaspoon | Dried basil |
¼ | teaspoon | Dried thyme |
⅛ | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
½ | teaspoon | Sugar |
Directions
Place cheese in 1 quart jar. Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan, bring to a boil and boil 10 minutes. Cool and pour over cheese. Store in fridge up to two weeks.
