Marinated mozzarella

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
8 ounces Part skim mozzarella cut into 1/2-inch cubes
2 tablespoons Plus (see next line) vegetable oil
½ cup Chopped green pepper
3 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
½ cup Water
2 teaspoons Dried oregano
½ teaspoon Dried basil
¼ teaspoon Dried thyme
teaspoon Garlic powder
½ teaspoon Sugar

Directions

Place cheese in 1 quart jar. Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan, bring to a boil and boil 10 minutes. Cool and pour over cheese. Store in fridge up to two weeks.
