Marinated mozzerella cheese

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons Minced fresh rosemary; or 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon Minced fresh thyme; or 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
½ teaspoon Minced garlic
¼ teaspoon Salt
teaspoon Crushed red pepper
1 pounds Lowfat mozzarella cheese; 3/4\" cubes

Directions

Mix all ingredients except cheese in a medium bowl. Add cheese and stir gently to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 24 hours or up to 5 days.
