2 | teaspoons | Grated onion |
2 | tablespoons | Chicken fat -- melted |
4 | Egg whites -- stiffly | |

¾ | cup | Matzo meal |
Directions
Beat together the egg yolks, salt, cayenne pepper, onion and fat until creamy; fold into the egg whites. Gradually fold the matzo meal into the egg mixture. Chill 1 hour.
