Pesach mandlen

Ingredients
Quantity | Ingredient | |

¼ | cup | Oil |
6 | tablespoons | Water |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
⅛ | teaspoon | Pepper |
1 | cup | Matzoh meal |
2 | Eggs |
Directions
Bring oil, water, salt and pepper to a boil. Add matzoh meal and stir until mixture leaves sides of pan. Remove from heat; beat in eggs, one at a time.
Grease hands; shape dough into tiny balls. Bake at 400 degrees F. on a greased cookie sheet for ½ hour. Serve in hot soup or eat as a snack.
