Meat and cheese loaf

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 pounds Lean ground beef
cup Mild Cheddar cheese; cubed
2 Eggs; beaten
1 large Onion; chopped
1 large Green pepper; chopped
1 teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Celery salt
½ teaspoon Paprika
1 cup Milk
1 cup Dry bread crumbs

Directions

Combine all ingredients in the above order and mix well. Press into 9 x 5 loaf dish, or 10 inch round pie dish. Cover with wax paper. Microwave at high (100%) 14 to 16 minutes. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
