Cheese topped meat loaves

Ingredients
Quantity | Ingredient | |

2 | pounds | Ground beef |
2 | cups | Soft bread crumbs |
¾ | cup | Chopped onion |
⅔ | cup | Milnot |
2 | Eggs | |
1½ | teaspoon | Salt |
Directions
Mix all of the above in one large bowl. Shape into 8 loaves. Place in ungreased cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top each loaf with American cheese and bake until cheese is melted. Randy Rigg Submitted By RANDY RIGG On 10-14-94
