Megans bay tuna

4 servings

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 8 oz. tuna steak
2 tablespoons Ginger root; chopped
2 tablespoons Sesame oil
1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon Hot sauce
1 tablespoon Soy sauce

Directions

Combine Ginger, oil, vinegar, hot sauce and soy sauce. Whisk until blended.

Set aside.

Place the Tuna on the grid over a hot fire and cook for five to six minutes per side or until medium doneness. Tuna can be served rare in the middle if you prefer or medium well done. Adjust cooking times for the way you like it. Remove from grill, pour dressing over the Tuna and let sit for five minutes prior to service since it will cook a slight bit more after removal from grill. The Tuna will absorb the tangy dressing for a fresh tropical flair.
