Tuna macaronl toss

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
cup Onion -- chopped
2 tablespoons Butter or margarine
1 tablespoon All-purpose flour
¾ cup Milk
1 each Chicken bouillon cube
¼ teaspoon Salt -- optional
teaspoon Pepper
1 can Tuna
(3-1/4 ounces) drained and
Flaked
½ cup Frozen peas
2 teaspoons Pimientos -- diced
Cooked noodles
Chopped fresh parsley

Directions

In a saucepan, saute onion in butter until tender. Stir in the flour, forming a smooth paste; cook and stir for 1 minute. Gradually stir in milk. Add bouillon, salt if desired and pepper: cook until thickened.

Stir in tuna, peas and pimientos; heat through. Serve over noodles and garnish with parsley. Yield: 1 serving Recipe By : Taste of Home
