Mem bailey's ice cream

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
4 Eggs
2 tablespoons Vanilla
1 cup Sugar
2 cans Sweetened condensed milk
½ pint Whipping cream
½ gallon 2% low-fat milk; or whole milk

Directions

Put all ingredients except milk into mixing bowl. Beat well. Pour into freezer contaimer. Add milk. Freeze according to freezer instructions.

Yeild: about 3 quarts.

NOTES : If you put the freezer container into your freezer for about 30-45 minutes before you start the freezer process it takes only about 20 minutes of cranking to get a perfect product. Cut the vanilla in half and add fruit chunks and/or fruit puree for a delicious fruit Ice Cream.
