Mexican cornbread #01

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
cup Self-rising corn meal
1 cup Chopped onions
1 tablespoon Chopped pimento
1 tablespoon Chopped bell pepper
½ cup Oil
1 cup Buttermilk
1 cup Cream-style corn
2 Eggs
1 dash Sugar
½ teaspoon Ground red pepper (up to)
½ pounds Sharp cheese; grated
2 teaspoons Garlic salt

Directions

Mix all ingredients & bake in hot, greased skillet at 350 for 1 hour.
