Ingredients

1 cup Butter
1 cup Sugar
4 Eggs
1 can (4-oz) diced green chilies
1 can (16-oz) creamed corn
½ cup Grated jack cheese
½ cup Grated cheddar cheese
1 cup Flour
1 cup Corn meal
4 teaspoons Baking powder
¼ teaspoon Salt

Directions

From: candydavis@... (CandyDavis) Date: Fri, 25 Nov 1994 12:40:13 +0000 Preheat oven to 350ø. Mix butteer, sugar, eggs. Add chilies and corn. Mix ingredients together, add to creamed ingredients. Then add cheese and mix.

Grease and flour an 8x12x2 pan. Reduce heat to 300ø and bake for 1 hour.
