1 Egg
1 cup Milk
1 can Creamed corn
1 cup Cottage cheese
¼ cup Jalapeno peppers; finely chopped
8 slices Cheddar cheese (thick)

Place 8 thick slices of cheddar cheese evenly over the batter and top with the finely chopped jalapeno peppers. Pour remaining batter over the filling. Bake 30 minutes in a 425 degree oven.
