Date: Wed, 07 Feb 1996 10:53:45 EST From: MarySpero@... (MS MARY E SPERO) Mix the first five ingredients together. Pour ½ of the batter into greased 9"x13"x2" pan. Place 8 thick slices of cheddar cheese evenly over the batter and top with the finely chopped jalapeno peppers. Pour remaining batter over the filling. Bake 30 minutes in a 425 degree oven.
