Microwave orange cranberry sauce

2 cups Sugar;
1 cup Orange juice;
1 tablespoon Orange zest;
1 pounds Fresh cranberries;

Directions

In a microproof 3-quart casserole, combine sugar and orange juice.

Microwave, uncovered on High 3 to 4 minutes to dissolve sugar and orange juice; mix well. Add orange zest and cranberries; cover with lid or vented plastic wrap on high for 8 to 10 minutes, covered.
