Midwest meatloaf with cheese sauce

Ingredients

½ pounds Velveeta cheese,cubed
¼ cup Milk
2 teaspoons Dry mustard
1 pounds Ground beef
cup Old fashion oats,uncooked
¼ cup Ketchup
¼ cup Finely chopped onions

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Stir cheese,milk and mustard in a small saucepan over low heat until smooth.Reserve ¾ cup cheese sauce.Mix remaining ¼ cup cheese sauce and remaining ingredients in a large bowl until well blended.Shape into a 8 x 3" loaf in a 10 x 6" baking dish.Bake 40 minutes.Serve with reserved cheese sauce.Garnish as desired.
