Milano figs in cocoa

Ingredients

12 Ripe figs--peeled
1 cup Ricotta cheese
¼ cup Heavy cream
2 tablespoons Orange liqueur
2 tablespoons Confectioner's sugar
Cocoa

Directions

Cut the figs twice through the center but DO NOT cut through the base.

Stand them on a serving platter. Spread them open. Place the ricotta in a bowl and thin with the cream. Add the orange liqueur and sugar.

Spoon the mixture neatly over the figs. Dust each fig with a tiny bit of cocoa. Chill 15 minutes.
