2 Fresh peaches; peel & chop OR
440 grams Canned peaches In natural juice; drained & chopped
2 Bananas; chopped
250 grams Strawberries; hulled & halved
1 cup Untoasted natural muesli
1 tablespoon Honey
2 teaspoons Finely grated orange rind

Directions

MUESLI TOPPING

1. Place peaches, bananas and strawberries in a bowl and mix to combine.

Divide fruit mixture between four 1-cup capacity ramekins.

2. To make topping, place muesli, honey and orange rind in a bowl and mix to combine. Sprinkle topping over fruit. Bake in a moderate oven (180C) for 20 minutes or until topping is crisp and fruit is heated through.
