Mini morsel pound cake

3 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder
½ teaspoon Salt
2 cups Sugar
1 cup Softened butter
3 teaspoons Vanilla
4 Eggs
¾ cup Milk
12 ounces Pack semi sweet choc mini
Morsels
Confectioners sugar
(optional)

Directions

Preheat oven to 325. In small bowl, combine flour, baking powder & salt; set aside. In large bowl, beat sugar, butter & vanilla until creamy. Beat in eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture alternately with milk. Stir in chips. Pour into greased & floured 10" fluted tube pan. Bake 70-80 minutes or until skewer inserted in center of cake comes out clean.

Cool 15 minutes. Remove from pan & cool completely. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
