Minted yogurt sauce

teaspoon Honey
teaspoon Mint, finely chopped
1 pinch Ground cumin seeds
1 pinch Turmeric
1 cup Plain low-fat yogurt
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

In a small bowl, combine the honey, mint, cumin and turmeric. Whisk in the yogurt until blended. Season with salt and pepper, cover and refrigerate.

(Serve with Tandoori Salmon)
