Minute rice tuna casseroles

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 can Cream of celery soup
1⅓ cup Minute rice
2 cans Tuna, drained, flaked 7 oz
2 cups Carrots, diced, cooked
tablespoon Grated onion
½ tablespoon Parsley flakes

Directions

Combine rice, soup, vegetables, seasonings, meat and salt and pepper to taste in 2 quart casserole. Stir in 1½ cups boiling water.

Cover and bake at 400F for 15 min.

Variation: Tomato soup, 1 ½ c cooked green beans, 3 tb onion, 2 tb sliced stuffed olives
