24 Chocolate Chip Cookies *
¼ cup Melted Butter
4 teaspoons Water
2 tablespoons Butter
2 ounces Semi Sweet Chocolate
Coffee Ice Cream
2 tablespoons Light Corn Syrup
1 ounce Unsweetened Chocolate

Directions

TOPPING

Combine the cookie crumbs with the melted butter and press into a 10" greased pie pan. Freeze. Fill the crust with ice cream and refreeze.

Topping: In a saucepan, stir water, syrup and butter until mixture boils; add chocolate and stir until melted. Remove from heat and cool thoroughly. Pour topping over frozen pie and return to freezer until ready to serve. From: Syd's Cookbook.
