Juice, undrained
1 cup Crushed ice
½ teaspoon To 1 rum extract
½ teaspoon Coconut extract

Directions

Combine all ingredients in blender. Cover; blend until smooth. Serve immediately. 6 (½ cup) servings.

Per serving: 80 calories, 2 g protein, 19 g carbohydrate, 1 g fiber, 40 mg sodium, 50 mg potassium and 1 starch exchange.
