Molasses marinade for chicken or pork

¼ cup Molasses; plus 2 tablespoons
2 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons Reduced-calorie ketchup
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
teaspoon Dried crushed red pepper
½ teaspoon Ground cumin
¼ teaspoon Salt
2 Cloves garlic; minced

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stir well. Use to marinate chicken or pork. Yield: ¾ cup
