Molded chicken or tuna salad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pack (3-oz) lemon gelatin
cup Hot water
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
½ cup Mayonnaise
¼ teaspoon Salt
1 cup Chicken or tuna; diced
¼ cup Salad olives; sliced
¾ cup Celery; diced
2 tablespoons Pimiento; chopped
½ teaspoon Grated onion

Directions

Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add lemon juice, mayonnaise and salt and blend with rotary beater. Put in freezing tray and chill in freezer 20 minutes. Pour into bowl and beat until fluffy. Fold in remaining ingredients, pour into molds and chill until set.
