4 | eaches | Bottled tabasco peppers, drained and finely chopped |
½ | cup | Finely chopped onions |
¼ | teaspoon | Finely chopped garlic |
½ | cup | Fresh lemon juice |
Directions
In a small bowl, combine the peppers, onion, garlic and lemon juice, and stir until they are well mixed. Marinate, uncovered, at room temperature for an hour before serving, or refrigerate, covered, for as long as 4 hours. Makes about 1 cup.
