4 eaches Bottled tabasco peppers, drained and finely chopped
½ cup Finely chopped onions
¼ teaspoon Finely chopped garlic
½ cup Fresh lemon juice

Directions

In a small bowl, combine the peppers, onion, garlic and lemon juice, and stir until they are well mixed. Marinate, uncovered, at room temperature for an hour before serving, or refrigerate, covered, for as long as 4 hours. Makes about 1 cup.
