Moms classic meatloaf

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Lean ground chuck
½ pounds Ground pork
1 can Tomato sauce; (8 ounce)
2 larges Eggs; beaten
1 cup Breadcrumbs
½ Onion; chopped
3 tablespoons Minced parsley
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons Tamari sauce
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
Salt & black pepper
1 teaspoon Garlic salt
½ cup Parmesan cheese

Directions

In large bowl mix together beef, pork, tomato sauce, eggs, breadcrumbs, onion, parsley, Worcestershire, tamari, mustard, salt & pepper & garlic salt. Using your hands, blend until well mixed. Lightly pack mixture into a glass loaf pan. Sprinkle ¼ cup parmesan over top. In microwave, cook uncovered 5 minutes on high. Rotate dish ½ turn. Cook another 5 minutes.

Sprinkle with remaining parmesan. Rotate another ½ turn & cook 5 minutes.

Remove from microwave. Cover with foil & let meat loaf stand 10 minutes before serving.

Approximately 12-15 minutes.
