Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 tablespoons Olive oil
2 Cloves garlic -- minced
2 cups Fresh mushrooms -- sliced
1 cup Sour cream
½ pint Heavy cream
1 teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon White pepper
6 ounces Fettucine -- (spinach)
6 ounces Fettucine -- (egg)
½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions

Cook, rinse and drain fettuccine. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and saute briefly. Add the mushrooms and saute for 4-5 minutes. Add the sour cream, heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Heat through, then add the cooked pasta and toss to coat evenly.

Add the Parmesan cheese and mix well. Serve immediately.
