2 | quarts | Cider |
2 | Sticks (2-inch) cinnamon | |
1 | teaspoon | Allspice |
12 | Whole cloves | |
⅔ | cup | Brown sugar-packed |
Ground nutmeg to taste |
Directions
Seal spices in a cheese cloth bag. Combine cider, sugar in a large sauce pan and heat. Add spice bag and simmer 10 minutes or until cider is spiced to taste. Serve hot with a dash of nutmeg.
