Muesli with tapioca and exotic fruits

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
50 grams Cereals, corn flakes rice krispies or muesli
¼ litre Milk
10 grams Tapioca
25 grams Exotic dried fruits papaya bananas raisins
25 grams Sugar
1 Banana
1 Orange
1 Kiwi
¼ Vanilla bean

Directions

Prep 5 minutes cooking 5 minutes For 2 breakfasts

Boil the milk with the sugar and vanilla. Throw the tapioca and cook for 4 minutes stirring constantly. Remove the bean and add the dried fruits.

Serve in bowls with the diced fresh fruits. Can be eaten hot or warm.
