Mushroom-fresh dill salad

4½ | tablespoon | Vinegar |
1½ | teaspoon | Dried mustard |
Black pepper to taste | ||
1 | cup | Cream |
½ | cup | Chopped green onions |
Chopped fresh dill | ||
1 | pounds | Sliced fresh mushrooms |
Salt to taste | ||
Lemon juice to taste |
Directions
Mix oil & vinegar well until homogenized. Add mustard & pepper & blend well. Add cream, onions & dill; fold in mushrooms. Add salt & lemon juice to taste.
