Myster pie (not an impossible pie, but different)

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 EGG whites
1 cup Sugar
23 Crushed Ritz crackers
1 cup Chopped pecans
½ pint Cream; whipped
2 tablespoons Instant cocoa
1 tablespoon Powdered sugar

Directions

Beat egg whites until stiff, addiing the sugar slowly. Fold in crushed crackers and nuts. Place in greased 10 inch pie pan and bake at 300 for 25 minutes. Meanwhile, whip the cream, adding the cocoa and powdered sugar.

Pour into cooled pie "crust" and freeze.
