Nappa cabbage salad

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
¾ cup Almonds; sliced
2 packs Ichiban Noodles (beef flavour); broken up
6 tablespoons Margarine
1 cup Oil
½ cup White sugar
½ cup Vinegar
1 tablespoon Soya sauce
½ teaspoon Salt (I omit this; but the choice is yours)
2 Beef flavour packets from the noodles
1 Head suey choy or nappa cabbage
1 bunch Green onions

Directions

From: Elaine Andersen <elaine@...> Date: Sun, 7 Jul 1996 18:29:05 -0700 Chop the cabbage fine and mix the onion, set aside. Saute the almonds and broken up noodles with the margarine in a fry pan. Cool. Combine the next 6 ingredients and refrigerate. Pour dressing over salad just before serving.
