Natalie's rice and black eyed peas^

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 tablespoons Chicken stock
1 medium Onion, diced
1 large Tomato, diced
1 cup Uncooked brown rice
2 cups Water
1 can (16oz) black eyed peas,
Rinsed and drained

Directions

Saute onion in stock in a fry pan sprayed with pam. Add tomato and cook another 5 minutes. Stir in rice and water. Cook until rice is done. Add beans and heat through.
