Navy bean mushroom saute

3 | ounces | Mushrooms; sliced |
3 | ounces | Onions; sliced |
2 | tablespoons | Safflower oil |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
½ | teaspoon | Garlic; minced |
½ | teaspoon | Fresh parsley; chopped |
3 | ounces | Navy beans; cooked |
3 | ounces | Amaranth; cooked |
Directions
Saute mushrooms and onions in skillet with safflwoer oil until onions are translucent. Add salt, garlic and parsley. Combine with navy beans and amaranth. Mix well and serve warm.
