Mushroom pepper saute

Ingredients

1½ | ounce | Triticale flour |
½ | teaspoon | Basil |
½ | teaspoon | Thyme |
¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
½ | teaspoon | Soy sauce |
1 | tablespoon | Sesame oil |
6 | ounces | Mushrooms; sliced |
1½ | ounce | Green pepper; chopped |
1½ | ounce | Scallions; chopped |
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Lightly grease a 4 x 8 baking dish with sesame oil. Mix triticale flour with basil, thyme, salt, soy sauce, and 2 ounces water.
Saute the vegetables, adding the triticale sauce, for 4 minutes.
Transfer ingredients to a covered baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
