Mushroom pepper saute

ounce Triticale flour
½ teaspoon Basil
½ teaspoon Thyme
¼ teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Sesame oil
6 ounces Mushrooms; sliced
ounce Green pepper; chopped
ounce Scallions; chopped

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Lightly grease a 4 x 8 baking dish with sesame oil. Mix triticale flour with basil, thyme, salt, soy sauce, and 2 ounces water.

Saute the vegetables, adding the triticale sauce, for 4 minutes.

Transfer ingredients to a covered baking dish and bake for 20 minutes.
