No bourbon-bourbon chicken

Ingredients

8 Boneless chicken thighs; cut into large pieces
4 ounces Soy sauce (up to)
¾ cup Brown sugar
½ teaspoon Garlic powder
1 teaspoon Ginger powder
2 tablespoons Onion flakes
cup Lowfat chicken broth
½ cup White wine or Sherry (up to)
2 tablespoons Molasses

Directions

Bake at 325F, basting frequently for 1 or until well browned. If you double the recipe make sure that the chicken is in a single layer.
