No-cook coconut pie

1 | carton | Frozen whipped topping -- 8 |

½ | cup | Flaked coconut |

Toasted coconut | ||
Cracker crust -- 9 inches |
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, beat pudding mixes, milk and coconut extract on low speed until combined. Beat on high for 2 minutes. Fold in whipped topping and coconut. Pour into the crust. Sprinkle with toasted coconut. Chill until serving time. Refrigerate leftovers.
