1 | pounds | NUTS MIX SHELL #10 |
1½ | pounds | SUGAR; GRANULATED 10 LB |
1½ | pounds | SUGAR; BROWN, 2 LB |
½ | ounce | CINNAMON GROUND 1 LB CN |
Directions
1. SIFT TOGETHER FLOUR AND CINNAMON IN MIXER BOWL; BLEND IN SUGARS.
2. ADD BUTTER OR MARGARINE TO DRY INGREDIENTS; MIX AT LOW SPEED UNIL WELL BLENDED.
3. BLEND IN NUTS AT LOW SPEED. NOTE: THIS FILLING MAY BE USED IN A VARIETY OF SWEET DOUGH PRODUCTS.
USE 2 TBSP FILLING FOR EACH PASTRY. SEE RECIPE NO. D-G-7, GUIDE FOR SWEET DOUGH MAKE-UP.
