Nutty mango bread

1 | cup | Macadamia nuts |
1 | cup | Vegetable oil |
1 | teaspoon | Vanilla |
½ | teaspoon | Pumpkin pie spice |
⅓ | teaspoon | Nutmeg |
⅓ | teaspoon | Salt |
¼ | teaspoon | Ground cloves |
2¼ | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
2 | cups | Sugar |
2 | cups | Flour |
2 | cups | Mango puree |
2 | teaspoons | Baking soda |
⅔ | cup | Shredded coconut |
3 | Eggs |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease three 3x7 inch loaf pans. Blend mango puree, oil, eggs, vanilla, and orange peel. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt. Add sugar and spices.
